		<description>yes paul8bee, i agree. labels can and do often get old and as such, they should be updated. that is the restriction that i was talking about that is an inherent danger in the concept of labels. upon further thought, i would posit that another is the propensity of others to only look upon the label when making judgment about a given person, place or thing. that&#039;s where my view is different. i am calling upon people to view a label as a tool, a transitory guidepost if you will that can both be changed, expounded upon and if need be, added to others to produce a more exacting description.

I once had a fight in high school, does that make me a violent offender?

What I see happening mostly is that people do not grow up mentally and emotionally. They still see things the same way they did when they were young. You just keep on thinking about your thinking and you are on the right track.
